[lavplist] Join the Torture-Flight Protest

To Los Altos Voices for Peace Members and Friends,

An urgent reminder that the next local Iraq War Moratorium activity will be a rally and protest at the San Jose headquarters of Jeppesen Dataplan this Friday, November 16.  The San Jose-based Jeppesen, a subsidiary of Boeing Company, is active in providing services for rendition (torture) flights out of the country.  The company has been sued by ACLU because of these activities.

Note the train schedule.  We can join Mountain View Voices for Peace members on the train leaving the Mountain View (Castro) station at 11:14 a.m. on Friday.   Let’s have a good contingent from LAVP at the protest.

Now is the time to protest againsst torture.
