[lavplist] Coming Friday: A Ride Toward Peace

To all LAVP members and friends:

A quick reminder that this Friday, October 19, Los Altos Voices for Peace members are invited to join with other peace groups up and down the Peninsula in observing the Iraq Moratorium by participating in a Peace Procession along El Camino Real.

Remember, all vehicles—cars, hybrids, electric vehicles, bicycles--are welcome. Those of you traveling by bicycle or on foot may want to jump in at El Camino and San Antonio Road.

There will be a rally at the terminus in Palo Alto at the Unitarian Universalist Church on East Charleston.  See the website for program details.

Let's make sure LAVP is recognized as a major participant.
