LAVP Members & Friends,

We want to remind you of an important Los Altos event:  Tonight, April 2,  7 pm, Audrey Shabbas, Director of Arab World and Islamic Resources (AWAIR), will make a presentation in the Program Room at the Los Altos main Library.  

Los Altos Voices for Peace and the Los Altos Public Library are sponsoring Ms. Shabbas's presentation.  She will be discussing "Beyond Tolerance:  When Muslims, Christians and Jews Built a Great Civilization in Spain."  You will find her presentation informative and useful in illuminating possible solutions to problems the world faces today.
