You are invited to the first monthly meeting of LAVP for 2008.  It will be held at the Foothills Congregational Church (Orange Avenue & Foothill)  in Los Altos on January 14th from 7-9pm.  
   
  Here are some of the agenda items:
   
  Counter-recruitment:  
  David Ledesma will be our featured speaker.  He has been offering students alternatives to military service on local campuses for many years.  (Questions and discussion to follow).
